Very fruity, drinkable and elegant wine, obtained from medium structured grapes from young vineyards of Merlot and Cabernet Franc.

Manual grape harvest in trays, de-stemming of grapes, maceration for 5 – 10 days.
Fermentation and vinification : 50% in stainless steel and 50% in Slavonian Oak big barrel.
Recommended ageing: at least 6 months
Pairings: Grilled meat dishes, cured meats and montasio cheese.
Serve at 18°C.
